First up, MLS’s Concacaf Champions League prognosis and the latest on the Giovani dos Santos situation in LA and Nico Gaitan’s impending transfer to the Chicago Fire (10:55). Once that’s out of the way, it’s time to name the team most likely to win multiple trophies, the team most likely to drop OUT of the playoffs and the one most likely to jump IN to the postseason field as well as Wooden Spoon and Leicester City-style dark horse MLS Cup contenders (31:20).

It's prediction time! With cameras trained on their every move -- head over to Major League Soccer's YouTube channel to get the full Extratime experience -- the crew gathers in the studio to forecast the 2019 season. In other words, make wild/educated guesses.
With the focus on individual awards, Andrew, Doyle, Bobby and David pick their AT&T Rookie of the Year, All-State Goalkeeper of the Year, Defender of the Year, D-Mid of the Year, Comeback Player of the Year, Assist King, Golden Boot pres. by Audi and Landon Donovan Most Valuable Player award. Plus, some made-up awards that bring the laughs.
The guys also hit the soccer headlines of the day with Sam Stejskal (MLSsoccer.com), chat with Taylor Twellman (ESPN) from his home office and get the lowdown on the 10-part documentary We Are LAFC, now available on ESPN+, from executive producer Jon Weinbach.
