It is official: FC Cincinnati will be the 26th team in Major League Soccer, starting play in 2019, a matter of months. Technical director Luke Sassano is on the clock, and the guys chat with the former MLSer turned front office executive about what it will take to make FCC competitive in Year 1, how they'll use DP spots and TAM and what style of play we'll see on the field next March.
